Ladies fit is semi-fitted and smaller fitting (XS would fit 11yrs). If your dancer would prefer a looser fit, so for the Girls Unisex fit Tshirt
The measurements in the size chart are front chest, taken from the Tshirt (not the body).
To Measure; take a tshirt the dancer currently wears. Lay it flat and measure the front chest - armhole to arm hole - and consult the chart. If you're not sure about the sizing, just message us!
